Along with all of the healthy habits and tips I offer here, please keep in mind that there are many other lifestyle habits that will make a difference in your health and longevity.
One of my favorite things to say is – “I want to die old and healthy.” I’m sure you feel the same way. Being sick, lethargic, racked with ill health and disease is no way to live your life. You are meant for wellness. It’s your body’s natural homeostasis.
It’s where your body likes to be and it feels good in that state. The challenge in our modern world becomes this – you have to control your environment and your perception.
Surround yourself with like-minded people who think, eat, drink, play, exercise, love and forgive the way you want to. Find your tribe. Being social is your best bet for a long, healthy life.
Release the people and situations in your life that keep you stuck. It easier than you might think and it gets easier the more you do it.
It’s time to stop making excuses as to why your life and your health don’t look the way you’d like them to.
You have control. It’s time to be brave and take risks. Step outside of the crowds. Be the outlier. It’s a beautiful, bold way to live. And the world needs your gifts.
Health is not hard. Health is easy. Sickness is hard. Disease is hard and expensive in every way.
It’s time to live in the BEAUTIFUL truth of you. You are brilliant. You are AMAZING. You are ENOUGH.
