I purchased this set for my anxiety/depression. After two months, although I still get anxious/depressed from time to time, I feel like it’s less acute and less chronic. It feels like there’s a beginning and end, rather than uncontrollable emotions. I’m not even sure if I’d call it depression/anxiety anymore, but maybe I’d call it everyday life.
But where this set really helped me was with my Sciatic Nerve problem (self-diagnosed). I had hamstring pain from running for about 1.5 years. I thought it was a torn hamstring. But I also felt sharp pains in my back and shoulders. One day it got so bad to where I couldn’t walk or sleep. I had to lay down on the floor. After taking these supplements for about 2 months, it’s gone! I still get very slight pain in my hamstring during running, but it’s not debilitating and it goes away quickly.
